Returns Policy
Cartridge Warehouse Online offers a 100% Satisfaction guarantee that all our Original, Generic and compatible cartridges that we sell are free of defects and will work in the printers they were designed to work in.
Unwanted Goods
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee scheme that means that if you are not satisfied with any product you buy from us, you are entitled to return it within 7 days after receipt of your order, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in original packaging including their documentation. Courier cost and insurance are not refundable. If you are returning any goods with no fault of us, you have to make arrangements for shipping the products to us at your cost. On successful receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the full amount within 7 working days. Customers returning items can only be refunded by EFT Bank Transfer, as stipulated by the banking laws of South Africa. If we are collecting the goods on your behalf then we reserve the rights to deduct the cost of collection from your refund. For your complete satisfaction, we offer a full refund or replacement on any unwanted orders placed on our website.
Faulty Goods
You can return faulty goods for an exchange. We will exchange and return it to you alternatively, if you prefer, you can stipulate that you require a full refund. In order to return an ink or toner cartridge to receive a replacement, the cartridge must be at least 50% full. Sometimes the problems you are experiencing may not be with the product you purchased. For example if it’s a print quality issue it could be a problem caused by the print head or in a Laser printer, the drum, fuser, toner cartridge or waste unit or another component in your printer. Prior to contacting us we would always advise in the first instance you refer to your printer manual as sometimes the problem can be easily resolved by things like simply running your printer through the cleaning process.
